These Terms are an electronic document created by a computer system and do not need to be signed in writing or electronically.
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully as a visitor to the website or as a customer. You accept the terms in this Terms & Conditions agreement by using the services offered by the Site.
The platform offers a registration process to better serve its users, and it may eventually gather the following personally identifiable data to do so: a) Name including first and last name; b) email address; c) mobile phone numbers and contact details; d) Postal Pin code; e) Personal demographic profile like your location, address etc.,
Who Can Sign Up

We have done everything we can to appropriately represent the colours of our products on the website. We cannot, however, guarantee that your monitor’s depiction of any hue will be correct because the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor.
Unless otherwise stated, all of the products mentioned on the website will be sold at MRP. Prices will be charged on the date of delivery at the rates stated at the time of purchase. Even if the pricing of the majority of things don’t change every day, the costs of particular commodities and fresh foods do. Additional fees will be paid or refunded at the time of order delivery if the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery.
Calling our customer care will allow you, the consumer, to cancel your order within an hour of placing it and receive a refund of any advance payments you may have made.[(Or) perhaps you can phone our customer care to cancel your order at any moment up until the cut-off time of the slot for which you have made an order.)] Orders for express delivery are exempt from this because they are processed and dispatched right away.
Return & Refunds
We offer a “no questions asked return policy” that gives all of our Delivery Ambassadors the right to return a product at the time of delivery if, for any reason, they are dissatisfied with the product’s quality or freshness. When a product is returned, we will take it back with us and issue a credit note for its worth, which will be applied to your account on the website. You can use this to cover your further buying expenses. Within 7 working days, the refund will be completed using the same online method.
Only the moment of delivery will allow for the return of fresh goods.Due to product freshness, we will not accept returns after successful delivery. You Agree and Confirm:
- That any additional fees for redelivery incurred by us will be charged to you if a delivery fails due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect name, address, or other inaccurate information).
- In every situation where such information is requested of you, you shall give it in an honest and accurate manner. We retain the right to check the accuracy of any information and other details you have submitted at any time. If your information is confirmed to be false (completely or in part), it is within its sole discretion to reject your registration and prevent you from accessing the Services.
- That the delivery address for the item you ordered will be accurate and appropriate in all regards.
- That you’ll carefully read the product description before placing your order. You accept the terms of sale stated in the item’s description by making an order for a product.
What are the conditions for free delivery?
When a customer’s order is at least Rs. 150 in value, there are no shipping fees applied. Please be aware that we only permit one free delivery per member per day. Delivery fees will be charged starting with the second delivery on the same day. Subject to a minimum bill value of Rs. 150 for each order, if you place two orders, one for today and one for tomorrow, both will be eligible for free delivery.
Other Delivery Conditions
At the specified delivery time, you must be present to accept the item. If the following occurs, delivery is not carried out on the first attempt:
- No one is at home,
- Wrong Address or insufficient address,
- Premises Locked, or refusal to accept,
- Wrong Mobile or Landline Number,
- no reply, not reachable.
Then the customer shall still be charged for the order.
As a result, in this situation, refunds, discounts, cancellations, and redelivery would not be applicable. We retain the right to delay the delivery to the following most likely day in the event of Natural calamities such as earthquakes, heavy rains, emergency strikes, curfews, or any other anti-social event.
Right to Modify Terms & Conditions of Service
Without previous notice or the approval of consumers, BFH unconditionally reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of conducting business on the BFH platform. A registered user is presumed to have accepted the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions on the Site when they visit the BFH platform.
An online purchasing experience wouldn’t be complete without payment. Every payment must be collected using secure payment methods. We accept all prepaid payment methods, including Net-Banking, all of the major Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. Buyfromhome might also provide an industry-leading Cash on Delivery solution. Buyfromhome and Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) have a partnership.
You will only ever pay for your purchases in Indian Rupees. In the case of a prepaid transaction, Buyfromhome will send you an email or SMS at the email address or mobile number supplied to Buyfromhome verifying receipt of payment after receiving payment for the order successfully. Based on pin codes or the Indian State where delivery is to be performed, there can be restrictions on the total amount of Cash on Delivery payments. Buyfromhome retains the right to discontinue, restrict, or reject Your purchases based on previous Cash on Delivery transactions.
Credit and Debit Card
All Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express are accepted at Buyfromhome. You will be taken to the website of your issuing bank, where you must follow the instructions to finish the payment.
Using your Net Banking account, you can pay for an order. We allow payments from several banks for Your orders to sellers. You will be taken to Your bank’s website where you can make a payment after entering your login information, which is private to you and is only known to you.
Cash on Delivery
You don’t need to pay in advance when using Cash on Delivery as one of your payment options on Buyfromhome. For all qualifying products on Buyfromhome, Cash on Delivery is a payment option. Products that are eligible for cash on delivery for delivery to specific pin codes will be identified by the wording “Eligible for Cash on Delivery” on the product order page.
Issues with Payments – Pending Payments:
Sometimes payments can’t be processed or stay in the pending stage. Among the causes could be:
- Incorrectly typed debit or credit card information.
- The card may be blocked, or the information on the card may need to be updated or changed.
- The website is unintentionally refreshed, closed, or the backspace key is pressed while Your bank is processing the transaction.
- The transaction could not be completed because the connection between Buyfromhome and Your bank or issuer failed for technical reasons.
- Buyfromhome does not recognise the card, bank, or issuer.
- The login or password information is entered incorrectly.
- The payment amount exceeds the ceiling that you and your bank or issuer mutually agreed upon.
If you experience any of the aforementioned payment problems, try placing the transaction again shortly, or ask your bank or card issuer for technical support. Buyfromhome is not responsible for any damages that You may suffer as a result of payment errors or unauthorised charges to your credit cards or net banking accounts.
Issuing Bank Terms and Conditions
All payments made by users using valid credit cards, debit cards, cash cards, and other payment instruments or mechanisms, including net banking, are understood and acknowledged by users. These payments are processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure, and they are governed by separate terms and conditions that have been agreed upon by the user and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company.
